elder for finance, facilities, and getting things done
Family 3 daughters – Natalie 9, Olivia 7, Sophia 3 Background Childhood – Grew up in small town Occupation – Private Equity Investments Education – BBA Accounting from Texas Tech University Passions Community – I am coming to appreciate the needs of those who surround us who we are called to serve. Cara and I are looking for creative and inventive ways to minister to and serve people in our community. Fixing things – When something is broken, I feel a need to fix it. Whether it is a door that doesn’t properly close or an organization that lacks the ability to operate efficiently, I have been given an ability to understand how many things should work. It brings me great satisfaction to see something that was in disarray to be put into order and work properly. Relationships – Those relationships with my family, neighbors, co-workers, and friends are important to me. The connections that I have are developed by spending time with people, so I have to make this a part of my schedule. I am mostly extravert, so have a need seek others to associate with. Empowering others – I understand that I cannot change everything by myself, and am always eager to find those who I can count on to carry out various responsibilities. Many people thrive when given additional influence and often times add creativity and ideas to projects that I never would have accomplished alone. Sharing leadership is critical for success. Communication – Seeing breakdowns in communication drives me crazy. Why can people not pick up the phone and make a phone call, send an e-mail or text, or leave a message? Communication is the key to preventing problems and confusion.
